1. In sign-up, you will be able to sign up for 2 Saturday's between 8/4/4/2018 and 10/13/2018.
2. There will be 11 Saturday's in this round of sign-ups, so it is possible you will not receive a spot. It is your responsibility to sign up for a date. If all dates are filled, you will have to wait for the next round of bookings. I apologize to anyone who doesn't get a spot this time around, but there are always more musicians than days in the year, and we encourage you to keep trying back each sign-up session. 
3. You may not sign up for two Saturdays back to back; this means there must be at least one week in-between your scheduled dates. If this rule is violated, one date will be deleted and filled by another person. Possibly without notice
4. You will receive a reminder email one week before your scheduled date. 
5. Any cancelations must be made on the calendar so that another person can fill in. 
6. You may not exceed the (2) Sign up limit even if someone else cancels a date. 
7. You may swap dates with another musician if they need to cancel a date.
8. There is a $100 flat rate paid by HFM for the day. You are allowed to provide a tip jar. (in fact, I encourage it, the people of Haile are very kind.)
9. There will be no compensation for a musician that is more than 20 minutes late. 
10. There will be no compensation for a double booking. (Payment will go to whoever was scheduled first or on sign-up.com)
