Join Haile Farmers Market on April 12th for our Hop Into Spring Festival! A bunny will join us in the celebration and there will be a Scavenger Hunt with prizes for the kids, as well as many additional vendors.
Join us in appreciation of those farmers that continue producing and vending through the heat of the Florida summer. Additional foods, crafts, and kids corner activities will be included.
Bring your pet(s) in their favorite Halloween costume Saturday morning, and participate in a short parade through the market. Best costumed pet will be chosen.
Bring your pet and your family to celebrate with us. The event will include additional pet related craft vendors and face painting for the kids of all ages!
Celebrate the origins of some of our common foods!
In partnership with Santa Fe College’s Heritage Food Project, immerse yourself in music, crafts, and educational activities highlighting some of the roots and herbs our farmers offer each week.

RULES FOR MUSIC SIGN UP
Our sign up sheet will be processed entirely online via Sign-up.com.
On January 9th, at 8:30 pm a mass email will be sent to the email address you are currently reading from and link posted on the website. This is the link to the sign-up for all Saturdays in this sign up range.
In sign-up, you will be able to sign up for 2 Saturday's between 1/12/2019 and 4/27/2019.
There will be 16 Saturday's in this round of sign-ups, so it is possible you will not receive a spot. It is your responsibility to sign up for a date. If all dates are filled, you will have to wait for the next round of bookings. I apologize to anyone who doesn't get a spot this time around, but there are always more musicians than days in the year, and we encourage you to keep trying back each sign-up session.
You may not sign up for two Saturdays back to back; this means there must be at least one week in-between your scheduled dates. If this rule is violated, one date will be deleted and filled by another person. Possibly without notice
You will receive a reminder email a few days before your scheduled date.
Any cancelations must be made on the calendar so that another person can fill in.
You may not exceed the (2) Sign up limit even if someone else cancels a date.
You may swap dates with another musician but must not violate the 2 Saturday rule.
There is a $100 flat rate paid by HFM for the day. You are allowed to provide a tip jar. (In fact, I encourage it, the people of Haile are very kind.)
Do not contact any market staff asking a date to be held for you. There are no holds and any persistent asks for special treatment will result in your email being removed from this list without notice.
There will be no compensation for a musician that is more than 20 minutes late.
There will be no compensation for the inability to play because of inclement weather.
There will be no compensation for a double booking. (Payment will go to whoever was scheduled first or on sign-up.com)
A more detailed list of rules will be provided on the sign-up page. Musicians are scheduled to arrive at the market at 8 am, this is to allow for parking and set up time. Music is to start when the market opens at 8:30 am.

This week we will have local food educator and chef Stephanie from Hogtown HomeGrown for the the second lesson of the Community Cooking Class. Last month Stephanie taught us how to BROIL and this month we learn to BLEND! We will have a soup, a custard and one other blender item to sample.

We have Chef Stefanie from Hogtown homegrown teaching us more about Roselle. She's cooking four recipes to compliment holiday meals including, steamed green beans- 4 ways, green beans with caramelized onions, Katie's carrots with rosemary, and calamondin coleslaw with roselle! Any of these side dishes are sure to brighten your holiday feast.
