It all started when…

After growing up on my grandmother's farm in Ukraine, I have always had a deep connection to producing healthy vegetables, fruits and eggs, and sharing what I produce with others. Later in the USA, I continued working a small farming operation with a self-run farm and roadside stand about an hour outside of Chicago.

I eventually moved to Florida and began building a business around providing high-quality, sustainably-produced fruits, vegetables and eggs-- but emphasized unique flavors, colors and aromas. My passion is to grow exciting new varieties, long-lost heirlooms, and horticultural crops that are enjoyed in other places that are virtually unknown in the USA. I also supply the plants themselves for your home garden, and provide guidance on how to help them thrive. When you visit Eggsotics at the market, you'll find something you've never seen, smelled or tasted before. You also can be assured that everything on that table is grown by me on my farm in Archer, FL, a one-woman operation that allows me to satisfy my passion of growing and sharing beautiful food with your family.
